Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CreatorBull. These terms govern your access to and use of the platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CreatorBull.
By accessing or using CreatorBull, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
CreatorBull is a business management platform designed for content creators. It provides tools for tracking brand deals, generating invoices, creating rate cards, and managing income. CreatorBull is a productivity tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
You must sign in with a valid Google account to access CreatorBull. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must not share your account credentials or use another user's account without permission.
You agree not to use CreatorBull for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or to introduce malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Some features of CreatorBull require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of upgrading, contact us at hello@creatorbull.com and we will make it right.
You retain full ownership of all data you create in CreatorBull including deals, invoices, and other content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service.
All CreatorBull branding, design, code, and content (excluding user-generated data) is owned by CreatorBull and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of CreatorBull without written permission.
CreatorBull is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@creatorbull.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CreatorBull shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
