Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for CreatorBull Pro subscriptions.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your CreatorBull Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or upgrade. Contact us at hello@creatorbull.com with your account email and we will process your refund promptly.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges immediately. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.

4. Refunds After 7 Days

Refund requests made after the initial 7-day window are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@creatorbull.com and we will do our best to help.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@creatorbull.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
