Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

CreatorBull ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile photo. We store your name and email to identify your account. As you use CreatorBull, we also store data you create — including brand deals, invoices, rate cards, and hook library entries. We do not collect payment card details; all billing is handled securely by Paddle.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide and improve CreatorBull. We use your email to send transactional messages such as invoice confirmations and account notices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

CreatorBull uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), Paddle (subscription billing and payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting and infrastructure — Vercel logs request data including IP addresses at the infrastructure level), and Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics). Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data protection standards.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use CreatorBull. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type, and anonymised IP addresses. This data is processed by Google and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We use this data in aggregate to improve the product. We do not use it to identify individual users. You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling tracking protection in your browser.

5. Google OAuth

We use Google OAuth solely for authentication — to let you sign in securely without a password. We request only the minimum permissions required: your name, email address, and profile photo. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google services. You can revoke CreatorBull's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com.

6. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase-managed databases hosted on AWS infrastructure in secure data centres. We enforce row-level security so users can only access their own data. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Paddle handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance standards — we never see or store your card details.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@creatorbull.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _gid) to track usage sessions — these are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

9. Children's Privacy

CreatorBull is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@creatorbull.com and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of CreatorBull after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact

For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at hello@creatorbull.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
